This Privacy Policy governs the use of Kirana Calculator ("App"), a mobile application developed by Divyesh Murani ("Developer"). Our commitment is to provide a secure and private environment for managing your daily shop ledger and customers list.

1. Data Collection and Usage

The App is designed as an offline-first utility tool. Most data remains strictly under your control on your physical device.

A. Shop Ledger and Financial Information

The App allows you to input transactional data, including shop names, UPI details, customer names, mobile numbers, and ledger amounts. This data is stored locally on your device using a Room database. We do not collect or transmit this data to our servers.

B. UPI QR Code Generation

The App offers a feature to generate payment QR codes dynamically based on payee details and bill amounts. The QR code generation process runs entirely offline on your device and does not send payment or transaction details to any server.

C. Backup & Restore Services

The App provides an optional manual backup and restore service allowing you to export your data as a local ZIP file. This file is saved directly to your device's external storage, from where you can choose to store it in your email or cloud storage. We do not automatically upload your backups to any third-party server.

2. Third-Party Integration

For operational purposes, the App integrates Google Play Services:

• Google AdMob: Displays advertisements to support the free version. AdMob may use device identifiers (Advertising ID) to serve relevant ads.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your shop data or customer details to any outside parties. Your data remains completely private on your device.

4. Data Retention and Security

Because your data is primarily stored on your device, you are in control of its retention. Deleting the App will remove all local records. If you have exported manual backups, you may delete them at any time through your file manager or storage provider.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for shop owners and general business audiences, and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App or via the App Store listing.
