This Privacy Policy governs the use of Invoice Maker & Billing ("App"), a mobile application developed by Divyesh Murani ("Developer"). Our commitment is to provide a secure and private environment for creating and managing your professional business invoices, client lists, and items catalog.

1. Data Collection and Usage

The App is designed as an offline-first tool. Your business records and personal data remain under your direct control on your physical device.

A. Invoice, Business Profile and Customer Information

The App allows you to input invoice details, including company names, addresses, contacts, client names, mobile numbers, items, tax percentages, and totals. This data is stored locally on your device's secure storage. We do not collect, upload, or transmit this information to any external servers.

B. Backup & Restore Services

The App provides an optional manual backup and restore feature allowing you to export your data. These files are saved directly to your device's local storage, from where you can manually share or backup to your cloud storage. We do not automatically collect or upload your backups.

2. Third-Party Integrations

For operational purposes, ad serving, and performance monitoring, the App integrates Google Play Services and Firebase SDKs:

• Google AdMob: Displays advertisements to support the free version. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers (Advertising ID) to serve relevant ads.
• Firebase Analytics: Collects anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (such as screen view events and action triggers) to help us analyze app performance and improve the user interface.
• Firebase Crashlytics: Collects anonymous crash logs and stack traces when an error occurs, helping the Developer identify and resolve software bugs.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your business profiles, customer details, or invoice histories with any third parties. Your records remain private on your device.

4. Data Retention and Security

Because your data is stored locally, you are in control of its retention. Deleting the App will permanently delete all local databases and records from your device. If you have exported manual backups, they remain under your control in your local storage files.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for business owners and general audiences, and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App or via the Google Play Store listing.
